About the Author
Chetan Bhagat is the author of eleven blockbuster books. These include eight novels—Five Point Someone (2004), One Night @ the Call Center (2005), The 3 Mistakes of My Life (2008), 2 States (2009), Revolution 2020 (2011), Half Girlfriend (2014), One Indian Girl (2016) and The Girl in Room 105 (2018)—and the non-fiction titles What Young India Wants (2012), Making India Awesome (2015) and India Positive (2019). Several of his novels have been adapted into successful Bollywood films.

This book starts where the 1st book ends I mean the girl in room 105.
Keshav and Saurabh both are best friends.
Keshav has set up an investigation agency named “Z DETECTIVE” with his best friend, Saurabh. Also, both are working in cybersecurity companies.
Now Saurabh found Prerna. And Keshav lost his friend. At one point Keshav makes fun of Prerna (being fat) hence Saurabh gets disappointed. They both don’t talk much.
Prerna and Saurabh are madly in love with each other. They call each other with food names. (Golu, rasgulla, jalebi etc.)
Saurabh and Prerna getting married soon. One karva Chauth, Prerna fasted for Saurabh and he reached the 3rd-floor building to break complete karva Chauth.
Prerna parents, brother, maasi, chacha, and daadi. All of them stay in the same three-story house. there is a lot of suspect in the story. To be specific there is a total of 1suspectsct.
After preprna died vijedra Singh (police) comes there to investigate. There is a slight touch of the previous book and how inspector Rana helps Keshav and Saurabh in the murder mystery.

The investigation writing is just awesome loved it. The way the story progresses is great. There is a lot of mystery building from each chapter. But I predicted this story in the starting itself.
I was quite sure who is murder.
Talking about the character they are well developed and described. Neelam, Bindu, Ajay, gopi all characters are great. Even the parents of Prerna are described really well.
The biggest drawback is story is not that gripping. The cheezy romance between Prerna and Saurabh. (If you kove matured romance) though it’s less than 5% of books.
I have to accept that I felt like Game of through while reading this book
It’s good for beginners.
